4. Submitting a Property

When you submit a property you confirm that the information is accurate, that you own the property or are authorised to list it, and that you have the right to share any images you upload. We may publish, decline, edit or remove any submission at our discretion, and we are not obliged to explain a decision.

5. Content Moderation

Uploaded images are screened automatically for unsafe content before they are accepted. Content that fails screening is rejected, and repeated attempts may result in your device being blocked from making further submissions.

When you send an enquiry you ask us to pass your contact details to the relevant developer, seller or our own team so that they can respond. We record enquiries to manage and follow up on them.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use PropSizzle to post false, misleading or unlawful listings, to impersonate another person, to harvest data by automated means, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

8. Intellectual Property

The site, its design, text and software are owned by us or our licensors. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

9. Third Party Services

The site relies on third party providers for maps, messaging, translation, bot protection and content screening. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to the parts of the service they provide.

10. No Brokerage or Agency Relationship
